Our genuine leather book covers are an investment in protecting and preserving your personal library.  These recovery based books are meant to be studied — read and re-read on a regular basis.  With time, their constant usage begins to wear on the book materials itself.  The paper dust-jacket gets worn, torn and eventually removed.  The hard or soft cover gets dirty from handling and scarred by carrying it with you. The corners of the front and back covers take an awful beating, eventually get turned under or knocked off.  It is, after all only cardboard and possibly a very thin fabric covering.  The spine and the spine cover take most of the abuse of usage. It is usually the first thing to go on a well read book.

Our hand crafted leather book covers protect and preserve all the essential components of your books.  WE use only Full Grain or Top Grain natural hides (the same leather type with two different names)!  WE DO NOT use: Reconstituted, Bonded or Fiber products. (Equivalent to particle or oriented strand board)  The thickness ranges from 4 to 8 ounce, [1/16" to 1/8"] depending upon what gauge is available at time of order.  We buy only sides and shoulder cuts.

Our goal is to provide you with the book covers you need, in the colour you want, to protect your volumes for decades.  Leather is the best product for this long-term task.
