Order Processing: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express through the PayPal service (www.PayPal.com). There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Order Placement: Orders paid using a Credit Card (Secure ordering via PayPal) will appear on your statement as: Stone House Recovery Products.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks: We accept International money orders (pink), cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in Canadian Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a international money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.  We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Customer Satisfaction: It is our business and personal goal to ensure that your are satisfied.  If you should not be satisfied with the product that you receive from us, we will make every reasonable (and usually beyond reasonable) effort to make you happy.  Let us know what the difficulty is and we will work to achieve a satisfactory conclusion for all concerned.

Returns: Should you not be satisfied with the finished goods and wish to return them, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required.  No return can be processed without the RAN.  It is how we keep track of things internally.  Custom order items are not eligible for return processing.  Please email us at service@wearyourrecovery.com, explain the nature of the problem and when warranted, a RAN will be issued, along with detailed instructions on the return process.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Taxes: Federal / Provincial: We are required to collect the GST (Goods & Services Tax = 5%) on behalf of the Federal Government for sales of any product destined within Canada and the Territories.

HST (Harmonized Sales Tax = 13%) applies to orders shipped to addresses in Ontario.

Orders shipped outside of Canada do not attract a sales tax.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or nullify any order at our discretion.  You will be notified by return email at the address provided.
